History
The building of the contemporary wellness hotel dates back to the first half of the 19th century and was originally used as a distillery. It was nationalised in 1948, the production of alcohol ceased, and the company subsequently became a potato drying company for feeding flakes production. In the 1990s, the site stopped to be used and in 2007 it was purchased in a state of disrepair by Karel and Vladimira Cajcik to establish the company SRC Lihovar, Ltd. - the current wellness hotel. The renovation of the main building was completed in June 2013 and the company started to provide a wide range of services such as accommodation, restaurant meals, wellness, etc. Now, lying in the heart of the Iron Mountains, it has an exclusive position among relaxation facilities prefered by corporate clients, families, and both passive and active tourists.

The Lihovar restaurant combines Czech, Italian and international cuisine. There is also an outdoor dining spac, a children's area and an outdoor children's playground. With its stylish ambience, it creates a good place for a business lunch, romantic dinner, family celebrations, weddings or corporate parties. To expand its capacity, there is also a lounge in the tower of the building, which is usedmainly by closed companies.
